I believe that empathy, paired with a heavy dose of research, and a side of cost-benefit analysis, is the right recipe to solve most problems. I work with designers, engineers, and customers to create solutions to the biggest issues facing the industry I serve – communications.
Prior to product, I spent a decade as a content, people, process manager tasked with inventing and implementing digital experiences for audiences of all sizes. I am experienced, tested, and fun to work with (so I am told).
In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, reading very important and unimportant books, walking my geriatric rescue dog, watering plants, and decoding the meaning behind the UTMs of the ads I am served.
